The 1960's

1964

• The second stage of the development at Scotland Farm commenced for the erection of 82 houses, 20 bungalows and 30 flats for £297,696.

1966

• Having acted as Managing Agents for the Society for some 30 years, Messrs Gray, Swan and Cook resign.
• G W Haslop was appointed to manage the Society's estates.

1967

• An area of vacant land to the rear of Eastfield was sold to Cambridge City Council for £2,000 to enable Dundee Close to be developed
